Spa Etiquette & Policies

We kindly request that you review our spa policies before your appointment, in an effort to ensure we are able to provide you the best possible experience.

  • We kindly ask all of our guests to reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well or have any of the following symptoms within the last 72 hours:

    • Fever of 100.4 degrees or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, nausea or vomiting.

    • If you have been exposed to and or suspected you have been in contact with someone that has been confirmed with COVID 19 with the previous 14 days.

    • If you have traveled outside of the state of New Jersey in the last 14 days.

    • If you have taken a Covid test and are awaiting results.

    • Hands On Spa and our employees cannot be held liable for any exposure to the virus or any contagion. We also ask that all guests wear a mask during their service if you are not vaccinated.

    • To ensure the safety of all of our guests all Massage Therapists and Estheticians are fully vaccinated. We will be wearing masks during the service and in the Spa at all times.

  • When should you arrive?

    To further enhance your experience we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow yourself ample time .

    What if you are late for your appointment?

    Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time, so that the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

  • We encourage you to schedule your appointment prior to your arrival at the spa to obtain your preferred time. Walk- Ins are welcome but not guaranteed. All appointments must be reserved with a credit card. Should you wish to cancel or change an appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows will also be charged the full treatment value. If you have a gender preference, please let the spa coordinator know when making your appointment. If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, have special needs, or have had recent surgeries, please advise our spa coordinator when booking your appointment.

    If you have an issue booking on our website please kindly call the Spa. We will be happy to fit you in.

  • All newly pregnant women cannot receive a massage within the first trimester. After 12 weeks we will gladly book your first massage with us.

    All Pre-Natal massage will either be sideline or with our Pre-Natal pillow. The only add on our pregnant gals can safely have is Lavendar Aromatherapy.

  • Children over the age of 16 are welcome to enjoy spa treatments with a signed waiver by a parent or guardian. The child must be with a therapist of the same gender. Children of the age 14 and over are welcomed to enjoy skin care with a signed waiver by a parent or guardian and the parent or guardian must be on premises or in the room with the child.

  • We would love to host a party for you and your guests. Please give us a call and we will coordinate this for you. You can choose from our Spa packages or customize with your favorite services.
